What is Miko Mini’s battery life? 

Miko Mini charges in approximately 90 minutes, and the battery lasts up to 7 hours on standby mode and up to 1 hour during active gameplay. The battery life depends on how you're using Miko Mini. To conserve your robot's battery life, consider putting Miko on sleep mode or shutting it down when you're not using it.

Does Miko Mini work without being plugged into charge?

Once it's fully charged, remove the charger and your Miko Mini is ready to roll and have fun. 

How to Set-up my Miko Mini?

Setting up your Miko Mini is a quick and easy process:


  1. Start by charging your Miko Mini and switching it on.
  2. Once the robot is on, you'll notice a QR code that allows you to download the Miko Parent App. You can also find the app on the App Store or Play Store.
  3. Enter your guardian details and complete the Verified Parental Consent (VPC) process.
  4. Pair your Miko Mini with the Parent App by entering your Miko ID, which you can find at the bottom of your robot.
  5. Connect your Miko Mini to a secure Wi-Fi network.
  6. Provide the required basic information about your child to get started.

    Once your Miko Mini is successfully connected, your child can immediately enjoy the company of their new friend and participate in fun activities
